PTO
PTO is earned and accrued on a monthly basis at a rate based on length of service, earning up to 14 days your first year for Full-Time employees.

Truck Sales Department
Build long-lasting relationships while serving customer with the best line-up of new and used medium and heavy-duty trucks. Our Sales Department is comprised of knowledgeable, outgoing individuals with a dedication to building long-term customer and vendor relations.
Parts Department
As one of the largest retail parts outlets in the Midwest, our employees excel in sales, delivery and stocking of OEM and aftermarket parts. Our Parts Department encompasses a variety of positions, ranging from serving our customers on the road, in one of our retail locations or in our warehouse distribution facilities.
Service Department
Join a team that is continuously looking to improve your technical skills and provides opportunities to become certified to work on technical and mechanical components.
Service Technicians perform repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty trucks in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards. Positions are also available as a Service Apprentice, Service Intern, Service Writer, Service Detailer, Lube Technician and Service Foreman.
Body Shop Department
Perform all types of truck reconditioning while working with computerized alignments systems, in-house paint-mixing equipment, and heavy-duty frame alignment machines. Body Shop Technicians are responsible for the overall repair of the body of the truck including damaged parts, surfaces, and framework. Positions are also available as a Body Shop Detailer, Painter, Sandblast Technician, Paint Prepper, and Alignment & Frame Technician.
Corporate Positions & Internships
Our corporate headquarters is centrally located and houses company-wide resources including our Executive Officers, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT and Warranty teams to serve all of our dealerships. Internships at CIT Trucks allow students to be paid while gaining valuable work experience and exploring career opportunities. Department-specific internships are available at all of our locations. Interns who successfully complete an internship may be considered for full-time employment after graduation.
