Volvo Introduces Enhanced Turbo Compounding for D13 Diesel Engine

Volvo’s next generation of turbo compound technology, can provide up to an additional 3% improvement in fuel efficiency over the current 13-liter engine. Coined the ‘D13TC’, this engine will be available to order in the fourth quarter of 2019 and goes into production early in 2020.
