Decisiv introduced its new SRM Fleet Mobile app this week at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Management Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas.
SRM Fleet Mobile is available through Mack Trucks. This mobile version of Mack ASIST is currently in pilot testing.
“Mack ASIST enables us to give customers key information to help increase uptime and expedite the repair process,” said David Pardue, Mack vice president of connected vehicle and uptime services. “The new Mack ASIST app enhances our customers’ ability to manage these events from a mobile device.”
The ASIST app will be free and will feature a quick link to the Mack Uptime Center for quick repairs.
What you’ll get:
• Service Event Management – Request, track and manage any service event, receive alerts and monitor repair status, receive electronic estimates to approve repairs, issue purchase orders, and communicate directly with service providers.
• Asset Management – Consolidate service history for each truck plus track warranty status as well as active recalls and campaigns.
• Real-Time Diagnostics – Monitor a truck’s engine and other parameters with real-time alerts of critical remote diagnostic events (fault codes) including analysis of severity and required actions.
• Preventative Maintenance – Trigger and schedule maintenance based on mileage and other parameters as well as real-time telematics data.
